Understanding Vedic Knowledge is one thing.
Living it fully is another.

Join us on a 5-month immersion for Vedic Meditators who are ready to take their practice outside of the eyes-closed experience sitting in a chair, to move beyond intellectual understanding and to begin embodying the knowledge more fully in daily life.

This space is for those who attend group meditation, have explored the knowledge through courses, retreats or study, or who simply feel the genuine desire to evolve and reduce suffering.

Together we work to dissolve subtle mistaken thinking, refine perception, and bring the knowledge fully into lived experience.

Why This Immersion Exists

 

You meditate.

You attend group meditation, you’ve taken advanced courses. You have a desire to grow.

And yet…

Subtle suffering still appears.
Triggers and reactivity.
Self-judgment.
Control.
Disappointment.
Patterns you thought you had moved beyond.

The knowledge is there.

But it is not yet fully embodied.

This immersion exists for that gap.

 

 

WHAT IS IT?

Embodied Knowledge is a 5-month container devoted to integration.

It is not about gaining more and more knowledge or information
It is about refining what you know already and applying it in your life.

Over five months, we will work closely together to:

• Identify subtle mistaken intellect
• Refine perception
• Dissolve recurring patterns
• Integrate the knowledge into real-life situations
• Reduce suffering at its root

This is for those who are ready to live what they already understand.


 

HOW IT WORKS

Monthly Zoom Sessions

We meet live once a month.

These sessions allow us to work with what is alive — the themes surfacing across the group, the questions emerging, and the places where deeper refinement is needed.

Sunday sessions begin with a group meditation (first 25 minutes).
Wednesday sessions do not include meditation.

All sessions are recorded.


Weekly WhatsApp Knowledge

Each week you receive:

• A focused theme or journal prompt
• 1–2 knowledge audio teachings

Delivered via a private broadcast WhatsApp channel.


Fortnightly Mentoring Exchange

Every fortnight, we connect directly.

You send a message (email, text, or voice note) sharing how things are unfolding — where friction remains, where suffering appears, and where clarity is needed.

I respond with a personalised voice message within a few days.

This is structured, focused mentoring inside the container.


Private WhatsApp Community

You’ll also be part of a private WhatsApp community.

This is a space to share how the work is unfolding, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute reflections relevant to the knowledge we’re applying.

I am present in the group and offer clarification and guidance where helpful.

 

WHO THIS IS FOR

This immersion is for you if:

• You already meditate regularly
• You’ve attended group meditation, advanced courses or retreats, listened to my teacher Thom Knoles’ podcast or attended Satsang with him
• You feel that you understand the knowledge intellectually
• You notice subtle (or not so subtle) suffering or friction still arising
• You want to deepen your understanding of how to apply Vedic Knowledge in your life
• You are willing to grow and apply what we explore in this immersion

This experience is not for someone who has just stepped out of their beginner meditation course yesterday.

This is an advanced container for those wanting to:

  • limit suffering and friction

  • fast track their evolution

  • uncover subtle or pervasive mistaken intellect

  • embody knowledge for joyful living

  • A focused journal prompt to think about and observe throughout the week

  • 1-2 knowledge audio messages from me

Fortnightly Mentoring Exchange

  • Every fortnight, we will have a dedicated mentoring exchange. You will send me a direct message (email, text, or voice note) sharing how things are going, where you’re experiencing friction or suffering, and where you need clarity around the knowledge we’ve been exploring.

Private WhatsApp Community

Limited to 25 participants.

Full 5-month commitment required.
