After attending an intro talk, you can sign up for a four day beginner's course in meditation where you will learn how to meditate straight away. By the end of the course you will have graduated and be self-sufficient in your meditation practice.


WHAT'S COVERED IN THE FOUR DAY COURSE?

DAY 1

1 hour 
You will receive personal instruction on how to meditate. We get you meditating straight away and feeling the benefits immediately.

DAY 2

1 & 1/2 hours
We go into detail about the mechanics of the practice, refining your techinque and how to effectively fit the practice into your daily life

DAY 3

1 & 1/2 hours
We explore the effect stress has on our physiology and why our meditation practice is so good for removing stress and fatigue

DAY 4

 1 & 1/2 hours
A vision of the goal: What to look forward to as we integrate our daily meditation practice into our lives
