Group Meditations

Group Meditations are a great way to connect in and solidifying your practice. Meditators report that their meditation experience is much deeper in the group. Group Meditation is open to Vedic Meditators and those who have learned Transcendental Meditation. 


Meditators on Lauren’s email list receive regular updates about upcoming Group Meditations both online and in different cities. All times stated in NZST. Register below for more details.

Online Group Meditation with the Laurens

Tuesday evenings
6.30 - 7.30 pm

Lauren and her partner and fellow Vedic Meditation teacher Lauren Fitzgerald-Love host live online group meditation knowledge meetings every Tuesday evening.

The group meditates together from 6.35 - 7.00pm (NZT) and then enjoy Vedic Knowledge and Q&A about our practice until 7.30pm.

7 Day Supportive Meditation Challenges

Various dates throughout the year.

Join us for our regular 7 Day Supportive Meditation Challenges. The programme starts each day at 6.30am for those joining for rounding and 6.50am for those joining for just the meditation.

If you’re a Vedic Meditator or have learnt Transcendental Meditation, you’re eligible to join us. To join the rounding segment, you need to have learnt Rounding with a qualified Vedic Meditation Teacher.

Contribution is $125 which includes:

  • Being guided online through a round or meditation each morning over seven days

  • An online afternoon meditation each day

  • A daily dose of Vedic Wisdom to take with you throughout the day

  • A brief reminder of the daily dose of Vedic Wisdom practice via txt each day

  • A txt message each night to remind you to get to bed

  • Access to a special discount code for any mentoring appointment with me.
