Course in Rounding
Rounding allows us to immediately start to release stress before we've even closed our eyes to meditate.
When incorporated into our routine regularly, Rounding has a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy. It can be practised as little (once or twice a month) or as regularly (up to twice a day) as you like.
You do not need to be a yogi to learn rounding as the yoga postures are simple and suitable for absolute beginners of all shapes, sizes and flexibility. The private rounding course is two hours and is held in Grey Lynn, Auckland.

Wellington Rounding Course
Rounding allows us to deepen our meditation practice with gentle asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and a ten minute relaxation after your meditation. It takes us to the next level and allows us to more quickly dive into the field of unbounded Being and bliss.
Be rest assured that you don't have to contort your body into any difficult yoga poses. We will be able to adjust each pose for you if you have any injuries.
