Course in Rounding
Rounding allows us to immediately start to release stress before we've even closed our eyes to meditate.
When incorporated into our routine regularly, Rounding has a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy. It can be practised as little (once or twice a month) or as regularly (up to twice a day) as you like.
You do not need to be a yogi to learn rounding as the yoga postures are simple and suitable for absolute beginners of all shapes, sizes and flexibility. Course is two hours.
Auckland Rounding Course
This is the same course as the private rounding course but is taught in a Group Format. The Course is two hours and will be held at Studio Three in Grey Lynn.

$85.00 for those learning Rounding for the first time
$25 for those attending as a refresher
